Biography
Andrew Gerard Simpson is an Irish actor born on 1 January 1989 in Derry, Northern Ireland. He grew up in the village of Fahan in neighbouring County Donegal and was educated in Derry.
Simpson's first film role was as Gerard Peters 458 in Song for a Raggy Boy (2003). He appeared as Steven Connolly in Notes on a Scandal (2006), opposite Cate Blanchett and Judi Dench. Subsequent credits include Good Vibrations (2012), The Survivalist (2015), Road Games (2015), Rebellion (2016) and A Good Woman Is Hard to Find (2019).
