Biography
Boy Ewald, also credited as Cathrine Ewald Boysen, is a Danish actor. Born on 12 September 2000 in Gentofte, Denmark, she studied filmmaking at the European Film School.
She is known for her role as Amalie in the television series Darkness: Those Who Kill (2019) and as Candyfloss Girl in the film Her Private Hell (2026). In 2021 she won the award for Best Danish Actor at the Odense International Film Festival for her debut role in the short film Katastrofer.
Ewald has appeared in series including Off the Record (2024) and Bullshit (2024). She is a graduate of the William Esper Studio in New York and has worked as a model, making her runway debut at the Prada SS22 show.
