Biography
C. Kim Miles is a cinematographer. Born in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, he studied still photography at the University of Victoria in British Columbia and began his career in commercial production in Malaysia before moving into camera work and relocating to Canada.
He has served as director of photography on series including The Flash (2014), Project Blue Book (2019), Lost in Space (2018), Yellowjackets (2021) and Little House on the Prairie (2026), as well as features such as Welcome to Marwen (2018) and Champions (2023). Miles is a member of the American Society of Cinematographers, the Canadian Society of Cinematographers and the Malaysian Society of Cinematographers. He received an ASC Award for his work on Project Blue Book and a Leo Award for Welcome to Marwen.
