Biography
Lance Milligan is an English costume designer. He worked as costume designer on the 2011 film Kill List and has credits on other features including Tyrannosaur (2011), Apostasy (2017), The Banishing (2021), Bank of Dave (2023), Nandor Fodor and the Talking Mongoose (2023), Upgraded (2024) and 5lbs of Pressure (2024).
