Biography
Melinda Doring is an Australian production designer and former costume designer. She graduated with an MA in Film & TV Design from the Australian Film, Television and Radio School in 1998.
Her production design credits include Somersault (2004), The Home Song Stories (2007), Triangle (2009), The Sapphires (2012), Berlin Syndrome (2017), Tracks (2013) and Storm Boy (2019). Television credits include Stateless (2020) and The Lost Flowers of Alice Hart (2023). She has won the AACTA Award for Best Production Design four times and the AACTA Award for Best Production Design in Television twice.
She is the production designer on the forthcoming film Tenzing (2026).
