Biography
Monoochehr Ahankhah is an Iranian who appeared as himself in the 1990 docufiction film Close-Up, directed by Abbas Kiarostami. The film reconstructs a real incident in which a man impersonated director Mohsen Makhmalbaf and deceived the Ahankhah family, of which Monoochehr Ahankhah is a member. He is credited alongside other family members including Abolfazl Ahankhah, Mehrdad Ahankhah and Mahrokh Ahankhah.
