Biography
Anastasia White is an American production designer working in film and television. Born in Indiana and raised in Tucson, Arizona, she initially worked in the music industry before studying architecture at graduate level, including an internship in London. She later moved to New York and entered the industry through an apprenticeship with production designer Mark Friedberg.
White served as art director on the pilot of the series Mr. Robot (2015) before becoming its production designer for seasons 2–4. She has collaborated repeatedly with director Sam Esmail on projects including Homecoming (2018), White House Plumbers (2023) and the film Leave the World Behind (2023). Other credits include production design on King Cobra (2016) and art direction on Kill Your Darlings (2013) and They Came Together (2014). She received an Art Directors Guild Excellence in Production Design Award for Mr. Robot in 2017, with further nominations for the series and Homecoming.
