Biography
Christopher Lawrence is a costume designer and supervisor. He began in wardrobe departments on television series including Moonlighting and Pee-wee's Playhouse, and worked as a costume supervisor on films such as Space Jam (1996) and Enemy of the State (1998).
In 1999, Michael Mann promoted him to associate costume designer on The Insider. He has since designed costumes for features including The Anniversary Party (2001), Showtime (2002), S.W.A.T. (2003), Cellular (2004), Crank (2006), The Mechanic (2011) and The Space Between Us (2017), as well as television series Ray Donovan (2013–2015) and The Rookie (2018). He has also designed numerous commercials.
Lawrence has received multiple Costume Designers Guild Awards, primarily for commercial work, and Emmy nominations.
