Biography
Daisy Zhou is a cinematographer and director based in Los Angeles. She grew up between Shanghai and Pennsylvania and began her career working in commercials and music videos.
Her feature credits as cinematographer include The African Desperate (2022) and Bunnylovr (2025). She has also shot shorts such as Suicide by Sunlight (2019) and We Are Ayenda (2023). In 2023 she was named a rising artist by the American Society of Cinematographers.
Zhou has directed commercials and branded content, including work for Nike's Be True campaign in 2017. She has received recognition from AdWeek and was shortlisted at the Cannes Young Directors Award in 2018.
