Biography
John Carnochan is a film editor. He began his career as an assistant editor on The Stunt Man (1980) and went on to edit numerous animated features.
He edited Beauty and the Beast (1991) for Walt Disney Animation Studios, having previously worked as supervising editor on The Little Mermaid (1989). He also edited The Lion King (1994). After The Lion King, he joined DreamWorks Animation, editing The Road to El Dorado (2000). He later edited the first two Blue Sky Studios films, Ice Age (2002) and Robots (2005), as well as The Simpsons Movie (2007) and Arthur Christmas (2011).
