Biography
Nick Remy Matthews is a British-born cinematographer, raised in Australia and based in Europe. Born on 2 March 1980 in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, England, he has worked as director of photography on feature films and television productions internationally.
His credits include Hotel Mumbai (2019), for which he received the Australian Cinematographers Society's Cinematographer of the Year award in 2020 and was named one of Variety's "10 Cinematographers to Watch" in 2019; I.S.S. (2023); Bagman (2024); and Last Breath (2025). He has also photographed episodes of series including Gangs of London and Furia.
