Biography
Nils Strunk is a German actor. He trained at the Hochschule für Schauspielkunst Ernst Busch in Berlin between 2011 and 2015.
Strunk has been a member of the ensemble at the Burgtheater in Vienna since the 2021/22 season. His screen credits include the role of Lukas in Gentle Monster (2026), Sven Lebert in the series Other People's Money (2025), Lars Menke in Die Nichte des Polizisten (2025), and earlier parts in Tatort (2016) and Kommissarin Heller (2017). He also works as a musician, composer and director.
In 2025 he received the Elisabeth Orth-Preis.
