Biography
Tong Huamiao is a Chinese costume designer and art director. She worked on several films directed by Zhang Yimou, including Raise the Red Lantern (1991), The Story of Qiuju (1992), Shanghai Triad (1995), Not One Less (1999) and The Road Home (1999).
Her other credits include costume design on The Emperor's Shadow (1996), The Little Chinese Seamstress (2002) and A Battle of Wits (2006), as well as art direction on Operation "Cougar" (1989).
