Biography
Dylan Highsmith is a film editor. He began his career as a visual effects editor on films including The Box (2009), MacGruber (2010) and Fast Five (2011). He later worked as an additional editor on Total Recall (2012).
Highsmith has edited several entries in the Fast & Furious franchise, including Fast & Furious 6 (2013) for Justin Lin and Furious 7 (2015) for James Wan. He served as lead editor on Fast X (2023), his sixth contribution to the series. Other feature credits include Star Trek Beyond (2016) and Pacific Rim: Uprising (2018). He has also edited television episodes of series such as Scorpion (2014) and S.W.A.T. (2017).
