Biography
Judy L. Ruskin is an American costume designer. She was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Early in her career she worked as an assistant costume designer and in wardrobe departments on films including Wall Street (1987) and Born on the Fourth of July (1989).
Ruskin has designed costumes for numerous feature films. Her credits include City Slickers (1991), Sleepless in Seattle (1993), Waiting to Exhale (1995), Liar Liar (1997), The Horse Whisperer (1998), Patch Adams (1998), Remember the Titans (2000), Bruce Almighty (2003) and Evan Almighty (2007). She has also worked under the names Judy Ruskin Howell and Judy Ruskin Wong.
