Kumiko Ogawa is a Japanese costume designer. She received credit for costume design on Kill Bill: Vol. 1 (2003) and Kill Bill: Vol. 2 (2004), working alongside Catherine Marie Thomas.

Her other film credits include Shinobi: Heart Under Blade (2005), Earthquake Bird (2019), Manhunt (2017) and City Hunter (2024). Television work includes The Naked Director (2019), Tokyo Vice (2022) and House of Ninjas (2024).
