Biography
Mark Bridges is an American costume designer. He was born in Niagara Falls, New York, and holds a BA in Theatre Arts from Stony Brook University and an MFA in costume design from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts.
Bridges has designed costumes for numerous films, including Boogie Nights (1997) and Maestro (2023). He has frequently collaborated with director Paul Thomas Anderson on all of his feature films to date. His other credits include The Artist (2011), Phantom Thread (2017), Joker (2019) and The Fabelmans (2022).
He has won two Academy Awards and two BAFTA Awards for Best Costume Design, for The Artist and Phantom Thread.
